AshTech provides web design, web development, SEO, digital marketing, maintenance, and related consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project proposals or contracts.
3. Quotes & Payment
Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment terms will be agreed in writing per project. Late payments may pause work until resolved.
4. Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra fees and adjusted timelines.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients typically receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project, excluding third-party licensed assets (themes, plugins, stock media). AshTech retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a written NDA restricts this.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely content, feedback, and access required to complete the project. Delays in client input may extend delivery timelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
AshTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
8. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content without permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be handled in good faith and, if needed, through appropriate courts in Bangladesh.
